Where did the online store go?

We’ve re-branded!

In September 2021, we officially launched our new brand and online store, Ferro Forma.

Alison Jackson Studio has long been a collaboration between Alison and her partner in life and business, Dan Lorrimer. This re-branding is a reflection of this long standing partnership, and is a true reflection of who we are as a business both now and into the future.

You can continue to shop the jewellery, flatware and object collections you know and love at ferroforma.com.au.

I have a gift card with Alison Jackson, how do I use it?

All our gift cards remain available to use as they previously were, just on our new website - simply apply your gift card unique code at checkout at ferroforma.com.au. Please reach out if you have any troubles or questions.

Can I commission you to make a special piece for me?

Alison isn’t currently taking on new projects and commissions, but please reach out via the contact form and we may be able to recommend a fellow jeweller or metalsmith to assist you.

Where can I see images of your previous jewellery and tableware collections?

We’ve created a special place on our new Ferro Forma website to document the last thirteen years of our business. The Archive is where you’ll find a visual gallery of all the products and collections we’ve previously made under Alison Jackson.

I have a piece from you that needs repair, what should I do?

We regularly repair much loved pieces for our customers, some pieces are over ten years old!
Please reach out to us via email on the contact page, and we can chat through what’s required and any costs.

I lost an earring, can you make me another one?

Yes! We sure can, the joy of making by hand ourselves is that we’re always able to re-make pieces from our collection - even pieces from many years ago. Reach out via email info@alisonjackson.com.au, it’s best if you can send us a picture of the remaining one, or give us a good description. We often recommend you post us the remaining earring so we can give the it a good clean up so it will match the replacement we’re making for you. We’ll go through all this with you via email.
